In this interactive workshop we look at cultural similarities and differences.
What´s below the surface? What lies behind different behavior? Through a mix of theory and exercises we will experience different approaches to culture and look at critical incidents which will help to mitigate future cultural misunderstandings in your teams.
This intercultural awareness workshop is aimed at foreign specialists and young professionals who are new to Germany. The course language is English. The number of participants is limited.
We were able to win Mrs. Viktoria Stephan, M.A. in Applied Linguistics, to facilitate the workshop. She has been working as a business coach, organizational consultant, and InterCultural Awareness trainer for years. In addition, Viktoria Stephan brings years of experience to her intercultural workshops from various stays, living and working abroad for several years as an expat herself.
